We are looking for a machine (B) operator for one of our customers that is a leader in Europe in the development of spray solutions for paint, varnishes, and technical products. In addition to producing about one hundred and fifty million aerosol cans per year, the company also produces putties and paint pens. They are active in the automotive, do-it-yourself and industrial markets Our client has three production locations and distributors throughout Europe.

 About the job

• The B operator ensures the planned line output (there are working 4 persons by the line)

• Start hourly payment from €17,76 because every hour is paid 115%: €15,44 + 115%=17,76
• Checking the condition and adjustment of the machines and materials
• Control production order
• Control measuring equipment
• Monitoring, adjusting and fine-tuning, testing the machine
• Ensure a constant supply and quality of materials
• Emptying and cleaning the installation when changing products
• Giving directions and instructions to employees on the line
• Identifying errors, defects or unusual functioning of the line, solving minor disruptions or stagnations
• Keeping the working environment clean

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• 3 shifts (changing every week):
  • 05:30 till 13:35
  • 13:25 till 21:30
  • 21:25 till 5:30 (if you work in night shift, you will receive an extra payment of €55 (gross)
  • The working hours include breaks of a total of 30 minutes per shift, divided into: two times 15 min
  • In the future there will be 5 shifts

• Overtime hours are paid as follows:
  • Monday - Friday overtime during this time 05:30 - 21:30 overtime is paid 125%
  • Monday - Friday overtime during this time 21:30 - 05:30 overtime is paid 150%
  • Overtime on saturday 150%;

• Eye for detail and you can work accurately
• Ability to perform tasks with dedication
