Here&#8217;s her story.  <\/em><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/level1.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4232\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Coming to the Netherlands<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>What made you come to the Netherlands?<\/strong> <br\/>Like many others, I came to the Netherlands primarily because of the opportunity to earn better money than I could back home. The financial prospects were simply more attractive, and I saw it as a chance to improve my quality of life and support my future.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Why did you decide to work here? Was it work, love, or something else? <\/strong> <br\/>I decided to work in the Netherlands because there\u2019s a wide variety of job opportunities available, especially for people coming from abroad. The diversity in available work made it easier to find something that suited my skills and preferences.  <\/p>\n\n<p>So, at first the main reason I came here was definitely work, but later on \u2013 as it turned out \u2013 it was love. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Do you remember your first day here? How did you feel then? <\/strong> <br\/>Yes, I clearly remember my first day in the Netherlands. I was nervous and unsure about what to expect. There were so many questions running through my mind, I didn\u2019t know where I\u2019d end up living, what kind of job I would be given, or whether the working and living conditions would be good. It was quite an overwhelming experience at first. But it all turned out to be very good.     <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What was difficult for you at the beginning of your life in the Netherlands?<\/strong> <br\/>The biggest challenge at the beginning was definitely the language barrier. Not being able to communicate easily was difficult. But know, after already 10 years of working here, it is a lot easier to communicate.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>And what came naturally or was easy right away?<\/strong> <br\/>Surprisingly, the job itself felt easy and enjoyable right from the start. It was not stressful, and I felt comfortable doing the work. That helped me settle in and gave me confidence as I adjusted to life in a new country.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What do you miss from Poland the most?<\/strong> <br\/>The thing I miss the most from Poland is my family, being away from them is always hard.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/level1.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4232\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10 Years of Working Through Level One <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Do you remember your first contact with Level One? How did your journey with us begin? <\/strong> <br\/>Yes, I remember it quite well. At the time, I was working in a tomato greenhouse through another employment agency. Eventually, that agency stopped operating there, and I wasn\u2019t sure what would happen next. That\u2019s when Level One stepped in and offered me a position while allowing me to continue working in the same greenhouse. That\u2019s how my adventure began.     <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the biggest difference between how you started and how you work now?<\/strong> <br\/>When I first started, I was working in a greenhouse. Now, some time later, I work in a warehouse. Every job brings new experiences.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Why have you worked with us for so long? What made you stay with Level One? <\/strong> <br\/>I\u2019ve stayed with Level One all these years because I\u2019ve never had any issues or reasons to look for a different agency. My current work situation through Level One is also very good, which is why I\u2019ve chosen to remain with them for such a long time.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Do you have a favourite memory related to working with us? Something funny, beautiful, or special? <\/strong> <br\/>Yes, I have a very special memory, thanks to my job at Level One, I met the love of my life, who is now my husband. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What would you say to someone just starting temporary work through Level One?<\/strong> <br\/>I would tell them not to be afraid, even if everything feels new and unfamiliar at first. It\u2019s important to keep going, stay positive, and give yourself time to adjust. Good things will come with patience and persistence.   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/level1.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4227\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Life and Living in the Netherlands<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>How do you see life here? Do you feel at home? <\/strong> <br\/>People here live without stress. Now that we\u2019ve bought a house here, there\u2019s something about it, even when we go to visit family in Poland, something pulls us back to our own four walls.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What do you like most about the region where you live?<\/strong> <br\/>One of the things I absolutely love about the area where we live is the beautiful tulip fields. When they bloom, it is really a beautiful sight.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Are there places where you really relax or especially like to visit?<\/strong> <br\/>Whenever I really want to relax, I go back to Poland. That\u2019s where my family lives, and being with them helps me recharge.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>If someone just moved to the Netherlands, what would you recommend they see or do?<\/strong> <br\/>I would recommend visiting some fun places like the Dolphinarium and the Walibi amusement park. Both are great for enjoying a day out.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/level1.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4229\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Free Time and Dutch Customs<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>What do you like to do in your free time?<\/strong> <br\/>In my free time, I enjoy simply being with my family. Spending quality time together, whether at home or outdoors, helps me relax and makes me happy.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Are there any Dutch traditions or holidays that you particularly liked?<\/strong> <br\/>Yes, I really enjoy King\u2019s Day. It\u2019s such a lively and colourful celebration where everyone dresses in orange and fills the streets with music, fun, and energy. It\u2019s a unique tradition that I\u2019ve come to appreciate.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Do you have a favourite Dutch dish \u2014 or something you definitely don\u2019t like?<\/strong> <br\/>One Dutch dish I\u2019ve really grown to like is kibbeling. It\u2019s a delicious, crispy snack made from fried fish, and I enjoy it a lot.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Have you noticed yourself picking up any Dutch habits?<\/strong> <br\/>No, I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve picked up any specific Dutch habits, at least not consciously! <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/level1.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4226\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Final Question<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>What is your goal for the next 10 years? What would you like to achieve? <\/strong> <br\/>Looking ahead, my hope is that within the next 10 years, I\u2019ll no longer be working through an employment agency. I\u2019d like to find a job that offers some more opportunities for personal development.
