Accommodation Host

 About the company

At Level One Uitzendbureau, we do more than just connect people with jobs, we ensure that our temporary employees feel at home. With over 600 eco-friendly homes spread across four locations and multiple other accommodations where people can live in groups, couples or private, we provide comfortable, well-maintained living spaces for our workers. Because we believe that a positive living environment is key to happy, motivated employees.

We offer a variety of job opportunities across multiple sectors, including logistics, agriculture, production, and technology. But our support doesn’t stop at work! Alongside providing quality housing, we also take care of transport and offer 24/7 assistance to both our temporary workers and clients, making sure everyone is supported every step of the way.

 About the job

As an Accommodation Host, you are the first point of contact for our residents. From the moment they arrive at their new home, you ensure they feel welcome and supported. You guide them through the check-in process, provide all the necessary information, and make sure they settle in comfortably.

During their stay, you check in regularly, ensuring that the housing remains clean, safe, and well-organized. If something needs fixing, you report it. If someone has a question, you’re there to help. And when it’s time for them to leave, you handle the check-out process smoothly, preparing the space for new arrivals.

In this role, you’ll stay in close contact with both residents and colleagues from the Level One office, like planners, facility managers, laundry team, employee coordinators, drivers and many more! Working together as one team to create the best possible living experience that feels like home.

 What is required

You’re a social and approachable person who enjoys working with people. Because we have an international team and our temporary workers also come from different European countries, it is required in this role for you to speak Polish. Speaking English is a plus.

You have a good sense of organization and can manage different tasks independently, making sure that the housing location(s) that you are responsible for stays in top condition. A category B driving license is also required.

But, most importantly, you have a problem-solving mindset and are always ready to help where needed, creating a positive living environment for our temporary workers.
