Our head office is in Emmeloord and we offer jobs in Flevoland and Friesland region.
We are looking for an Blasting employee for one of our customers that has more than 40 years of experience in the development and construction of machines for the agricultural sector and civil engineering. These machines are built in-house from A to Z before they are shipped all over the world. The company building is ultra-modern and is equipped with two welding robots, an automated warehouse and advanced spraying and blasting cabins.
About the job
- As a sandblasting employee you have an important function in the production process of company. After the steel has been prepared and welded, it reaches you;
- You are responsible for blasting the steel so that the plates and parts can then be sprayed;
- Finally, the machines are assembled and delivered to a satisfied customer;
- You therefore have an important role, together with the painters, to ensure that the machines look good;
- 5 - 6 working days per week (6 if employee prefers to work 6 days);
- 40 - 45 hours per week;
- Working time: 07:00 - 17:00;
- Overtime:
- Above 40 hours, the first 2 hours: 124,10%
- Above 42 hours: 141,30%
- Saturday till 14:00: 146,60%
- Saturday after 14:00: 163,80%
What is required
- Experience of similar work
- You speak fluent English or Polish or Dutch
- You are physically fit and like to tackle things
- You are available full-time
- Driving license

- Start hourly payment from €16 (depending on your experience, possibility to develop and grow);
