Level One Uitzendbureau is a rapidly growing organization, specialized in offering long term and seasonal jobs for temporary workers, taking care of the remuneration system and delegating workforce. Level One Uitzendbureau operates in various sectors including wholesale, technology, business services, industry, agriculture and horticulture. Our head office is in Emmeloord and we offer jobs in Flevoland region.

We are looking for employees for building greenhouses for one of our clients who has many years of experience in growing peppers. Modern greenhouses cover an area of ​​160 hectares, and peppers are grown here in 4 colors: yellow, orange, red and green. The company supplies pepper products not only to Dutch retail chains, but also to other European countries.

 About the job

Work in a modern and growing company. Work involves different construction tasks in the greenhouse. The work will take place inside a greenhouse, which is almost fully glazed. Therefore, work outside will only be occasional, estimated at about 20% outside and 80% inside. Some tasks will need to be performed at height, so it's important to be capable of working at heights—this will be required about 50% of the time. Tasks will include preparing pipes and gutters, hanging hooks, and suspending wires from the ceiling for the hooks.

• If you work more than 8 hours per day: 135%
• Saturday hours are paid at 150%

• Similar work experience is an advantage
• Medium English language knowledge (discussable)
• Driving license is an advantage
• Motivation to work
• Possibility to stay at least till December or long term.
