 About the job

From helping and guiding our colleague workers outside regular office hours until arranging transport and replacements in case of sickness. From providing cars/bikes to new employees until welcoming new arrivals in our office in Emmeloord Are you the reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable individual who thrives in managing communications and coordination tasks and do you prefer to work outside regular office hours (08:30 – 17:00), rather than waking up early in the morning? If so, we are looking for you to join our Night shift coordinators' team, consisting out of 4 other colleagues!  We want you to start at the beginning of the new year 2025. Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You will be the first contact person for questions, planning issues or emergency situations, we will teach you how to handle this;
• You will collaborate and keep in touch with temporary employees and our customers that are active in various industries;
• In the morning you will be the first contact for employees who report being absent from work and you will have to inform the customer about this, and if necessary, arrange a replacement for an absent employee;
• You will have to make a report of your shift so further action can be taken by your colleagues during their day shift;
• Working hours are flexible from 17:00 to 8:30 (between 21:00 - 5:00 remotely from your home) with a different day off each week;
• You should be available 2 weekends (when you have to work on the weekend then the 2 days prior are off) every month;

 What is required

• Good knowledge of english and polish language (Dutch is not required);
• Good organization and planning skills;
• Ability to function independent, but also be an enthusiastic team-player as you often work in couples;
• Driving license (B category) and private transport to come to work (during the working hours for work purpose you will use Level One car);
• Sense for the wellbeing of our people and have the right social skills to manage situations in a calm way
• Eager to solve problems and set priorities were necessary
• Stress resistent – able stay calm in every situation and do the right things
• Availability to work 2 weekends every month.
