 About the job

As an Employee Coordinator, you’re the go-to person for a large group of our temporary workers. You’re the friendly face they rely on, the problem-solver when they need help, and the planner who keeps things running like clockwork.

What will you be doing?

As an Employee Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our temporary workers, helping them with any questions or challenges they may have related to work, housing, or transport.

You ensure that every employee is scheduled correctly and knows exactly where they need to be. You also play a key role in transport planning, deciding the most efficient way for employees to get to work, whether it is by bike, car, or shared transport. In close collaboration with our transport department, you make sure everything is arranged smoothly.

In addition, you regularly visit clients and workplaces to check in with employees, making sure everything is going well and offering support when needed. The job can be fast-paced at times, with multiple employees requiring your help at once, but you thrive under pressure and always find the best solutions to keep everything running smoothly.


 What is required

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and isn’t afraid to take charge when needed. You’re a good communicator and like to keep things organized, whether that’s planning schedules or solving small challenges throughout the day. Since our team and temporary workers come from different backgrounds, it helps if you speak both English and Polish. A Category B driving license is handy too, as you’ll sometimes be on the road to visit clients and worksites. Most of all, you’re someone who stays calm when things get busy and enjoys finding solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
