We need someone like you as an Employee Coordinator Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly!


 About the job

As an Employee Coordinator Assistant, you’ll be the right hand of our Employee Coordinators. Your main job will be supporting them in everything they do to make sure the team stays efficient and everything runs smoothly. You also will serve as their back-up during their holidays and will jump in where necessary to support in multiple tasks.

What will you be doing?

You’ll help answer questions from temporary workers, assist with scheduling shifts, and support in transport planning to make sure employees get to work in the most efficient way possible. You’ll also be involved in client visits, checking in on employees at workplaces, and making sure everyone has what they need.

Sometimes things get busy, and the team will need your help to keep up. Whether it’s finding a quick solution to a problem or helping with any other tasks, you’ll be there to make sure the day runs as smoothly as possible.


 What is required

We’re looking for someone who loves helping others and is happy to support the team. You don’t need tons of experience, what’s important is that you’re organized, a good communicator, and ready to take on different tasks. If you speak both English and Polish, that’s a plus! A Category B driving license is also required as you’ll sometimes be visiting clients or workplaces. Most of all, we want someone who’s enthusiastic, quick to learn, and eager to help the team succeed.
