We are looking for employees for one of our clients – the specialist in the installation of fiber optic networks, is located in Gorredijk.

 About the job

The position requires carrying out a wide range of preparatory and execution tasks, essential for the installation of fiber optic networks. This involves preparing the ground, excavation work with hand tools and mini excavators (where experience is an advantage), paving work, and other physical tasks related to the infrastructure of fiber optics.

Main Tasks:

• Preparing sites for the installation of fiber optic networks.
• Performing manual and machine excavation work.
• Carrying out paving work as part of the installation process.
• Various physical activities related to the installation of fiber optic infrastructure.

• Minimum 40 hours per week
• You start 1 day a week in Gorredijk to go through the planning/activities; the rest of the week is spent at various locations by clients

 What is required

• Similar work experience
• A preference for experience with excavation work, operating mini cranes and street work.
• VCA certification is required or willingness to achieve this if not already present. Start of work is possible prior to certification.
• Good english language knowledge
• Driving license
• Long-term involvement and the ambition to grow into a fully-fledged installer

• Start hourly payment from €18 (depending on your experience, possibility to develop and grow)
