Our head office is in Emmeloord and we offer jobs in Flevoland and Friesland region.

We are looking for employess to work in an amazing flowers’ greenhouses for one of our client that is an major player in the seasonal annuals market with over 44 hectares of greenhouses.

 About the job

• As a flower production worker, you will operate different types seasonal flowers;
• Planting, sorting flowers and taking the old flowers from the plants;
• Preparing and packaging fresh flowers into folias or carton boxes;
• Preparing for export, unloading plant cars and different job connected with the greenhouse;
• Label boxes accurately with shipping and product information;
• Scoop up plants and place them on the ground in the greenhouse by using special controlled machine. The employees must take care that machine is correctly working and assure that all pots of plants are taken safely and correctly (you make sure that the machine works correctly, adjusting and fixing minor issues);
• Production line (not in every positions);
• Hourly rate: € 14,06;
• Possible shifts to accommodate peak floral seasons: 
  • • Working time (rotating shifts):
  • 06:00 - 18:00
  • 14:00 - 23:00
  • 18:00 - 06:00
    •  Working time (day shifts).
• 5 - 6 working days per week
• 35 - 55 hours per week;
• Overtime:
  • above 38 hours per week is paid 135%;
  • above 48 hours per week is paid 150%;
  • above 10 hours per day is paid 150%.

 What is required

• Knowledge of English or Polish language;
• Driving license is an advantage;
• Motivation and positive attitude;
• Be able to work individually and in a team.
