We are looking for employees to wrap bell pepper stems around strings for one of our clients who has many years of experience in growing bell peppers. Their modern greenhouses cover an area of 160 hectares and they grow bell peppers in four colors: yellow, orange, red and green. The company supplies pepper products not only to Dutch retail chains but also to other European countries.

 About the job

• Wrapping bell pepper stems around strings;
• Pruning the plant to maintain the 2 main-stem architecture of it;
• Work on special machines, possible at heights of 2 – 4 meters;
• Warm conditions inside greenhouse;
• Hourly rate: € 15,05;
• Working time: 07:00 - 17:00
• 5 - 6 working days per week;
• 40 - 50 hours per week;
• Overtime:
  • above 38 hours per week is paid 135%
• Bonus:
  • All employees working in this specific department (toppen draaier) receive €20 + €15 net bonus per week if employee meets the required standard;
  • Additionally, all employees working in the other departments have possibility to receive the second bonus of €15 net bonus for each worked week. It is paid twice a year in April and October if your work performance is meeting the company required standard.

 What is required

• Knowledge of English or Polish language;
• Driving license is an advantage;
• Similar work experience is an advantage;
• To be able to work individually and in a team;
• Ability to work in warm conditions;
• No fear of heights;
• Motivation.
