We are looking for Maintenance Technician / Electrical Technician for one of our clients – family-owned business that produces the highest-quality processed apple and other fruit products. This company delivers more than 15 million kilograms of apples and it is one of Europe’s largest fruit and apple processing companies. The products are mainly supplied to bakeries but are also used by companies for the production of salads and dairy products.

The production takes place in a brand-new production facility with fully automated processing systems and modern technology, which in combination with 25 years of experience and ongoing investment in product development guarantees a consistenly high quality level. Add a small-scale team and an informal atmosphere to that, and you have a challenging, dynamic work environment.

 About the job

Maintenance Technician / Electrical Technician at this company is responsible for the optimal maintenance of machines and technical installations, as well as for quickly and efficiently resolving malfunctions, with the shared goal of achieving optimal line availability for the production department. Tasks

• Resolving malfunctions in peeling machines and various other machines/equipment.
• Actively thinking along with the processes and suggesting improvements.
• Implementing modifications and expansions to machines and installations.
• Identifying and fixing issues in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Ensuring the optimal functioning of (peeling) machines through preventive maintenance.
• Thorough and accurate documentation of maintenance work at the machine level.

• Experience in a similar job
• Willingness to be available for emergency breakdown service.
• Flexible attitude.
• Enthusiastic, driven, and proactive.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work one Saturday a month.
• Proficiency in English
• Driving license

• Start hourly payment from €17 (depending on your experience, possibility to develop and grow);
