We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for one of our clients whose company was founded in 2012 and specializes in creating high-quality natural bread using a traditional process. The company lets dough ferment for 24 hours and bakes it on natural stone, producing bread free of artificial additives. With a focus on craftsmanship and time-honored techniques, the company has grown into one of Europe’s leading bakeries serving a global market.

 About the job

As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Troubleshooting to minimize downtime;
• Conducting inspections based on the maintenance schedule;
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks;
• Start hourly payment from € 30,90 because every hour is paid 128%:€ 24,14 + 28% = € 30,90;
• 6 working days a week;
• 33,6 hours a week;
• Working in 5 shifts: two days in the morning shift, two days in the afternoon shift and two nights in night shift; then you have 4 days off;
• Fresh bake-off rolls and fruit provided daily during lunch.

 What is required

• A relevant educational background, such as Mechatronics;
• Experience (few years) in a similar role, preferably in the food industry;
• Good English language knowledge;
• Driving license;
• Possibility to work in different shifts;
• Responsibility;
• Ability to work independently;
• Motivation to learn;
• Possession of a working on heights certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
