We are looking for employees for Paprika sorting and packing department for one of our clients who has many years of experience in growing bell peppers. Their modern greenhouses cover an area of 160 hectares and they grow bell peppers in four colors: yellow, orange, red and green. The company supplies pepper products not only to Dutch retail chains but also to other European countries.

 About the job

• For those working on the line, responsibilities include placing two paprikas together and adding one more, ensuring the foil is correctly applied, and checking the quality of the products.
• Work with boxes of paprika, either filling machines or placing three paprikas (from the foil, ready flowpack) into a box. Once the box is full, place it on the line for palletizing.
• The work environment is clean, and the temperature is normal (the work is not inside a greenhouse).

• Shifts:
  • Work in two shifts:
    • Week 1: Morning shift from 04:00 to 15:00
    • Week 2: Afternoon shift from 15:00 to 02:00
  • Shifts alternate weekly.
• Overtime:
  • Hours worked over 38 per week will be paid at 135%.
  • Saturday overtime is paid at 150%.

Bonuses:

• All employees receive a net bonus of €15 per week worked, paid twice a year (April and October). To qualify for the bonus, the company criteria must be met.

• Company regulations does not allow wearing piercings, artificial nails / eyelashes.
• It is necessary to wear safety shoes.

• Hourly rate: € 15,47;
• Possibility to work till the end of October or all year around.
• 5 - 6 working days per week;
