We are looking for a Administrative employees (Purchasing department) for one of our clients that is a dynamic company that operates worldwide that has grown into an international importer with branches in more than 24 countries. Daily shipment is ensured through their own distribution center of all non-food products.

 


 About the job

  • You will work within the purchasing administration team. It’s a dynamic department where no two days are the same.
  • As an account administrator, you’ll be responsible for handling and following up on purchase orders, purchase invoices and import documents. You'll maintain good contact with suppliers and work closely with our procurement department.
  • You monitor the shipping dates from suppliers;
  • Process incoming shipping documents;
  • Check import documents and certificates;
  • Follow-up of more or less items received;
  • From Monday - Friday;
  • Working times: 08:00 - 17:00;
  • Overtime: after 38,75h is paid 135%.


 What is required

  • Relevant education is an advantage;
  • You have administration work experience;
  • You have good knowledge of English language, spoken and written;
  • You are service-oriented, decisive and can function well in a hectic and dynamic environment;
  • You are analytical and solution-oriented;
  • You get along well with Excel.
  • VOG (criminal record) required;
  • Driver's license.
