 About the job

As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in driving the recruitment process and ensuring it runs smoothly. You'll be an essential part of the team, handling everything from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and making sure our recruitment efforts are efficient and well-organized. Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using different search methods to build a candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing video call screenings
• Provide information for job seekers about current job openings, application procedures, and answer any questions regarding the recruitment process
• Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
• Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring candidates have all necessary information to have the perfect start and experience
• Contribute to the creation of content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and support recruitment efforts

• Work time: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00

 What is required

• Work experience as a recruiter is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Microsoft office skills
• You are target-driven, proactive and curious!
• You can work independently
• Quick learning and open for developing yourself
• Good knowledge of Polish and English languages (spoken and written)
• Driving licence (category B) and preferably own transportation

• 7 months contract with the possibility for permanent employment
• Start salary € 2450 (negotiable depending on your experience)
