Level One Uitzendbureau operates in various sectors including wholesale, technology, business services, industry, agriculture and horticulture. Our head office is in Emmeloord.

Currently we are looking for a RECRUITER to strengthen our international team!

 About the job

Responsibilities:

• Advertising: prepare job offers and post them on our website and social media platforms
• Social media: engaging in social media to source potential candidates; content creating: photos, videos
• Source candidates using different search methods to build a candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing video call screenings
• Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
• Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring candidates have all necessary information to have the perfect start and experience
• Provide information for job seekers about current job openings, application procedures, and answer any questions regarding the recruitment process

 What is required

• 1 year work experience as a recruiter
• Good communication skills
• Microsoft office skills
• You are target-driven
• You can work independently
• Quick learning and open for developing yourself
• Good knowledge of Romanian and English languages (spoken and written)
• Driving licence (category B) and own transportation
