We are looking for employees to work in a rose greenhouse for one of our clients that aspire to cultivate the most beautiful, healthy and exclusive spray rose collection using a unique cultivation method. Their craftsmanship has made spray roses popular throughout Europe and beyond.

 About the job

• Hanging roses, sorting them by quality, arranging bouquets and packing them into containers with water;
• Picking off flower buds in the greenhouse;
• Fulfilling orders;
• Placing containers on tables;
• Warm conditions inside greenhouse;
• Hourly rate: € 13,68;
• Working time: 06:00 - 17:00
• 6 working days per week;
• 38 - 55 hours per week;
• Overtime:
  • above 38 hours per week is paid 135%;

 What is required

• Polish language knowledge;
• Driver license is an advantage;
• Similar work experience is an advantage;
• To be able to work individually and in a team;
• Motivation to work.
