We are looking for TIG Aluminum Welders who would like to work with one of our customer. This company is a family business based in Biddinghuizen (Flevoland) and specializes in solutions and customization in the metal industry, climate and composting technology. Any shape and size of the highest quality. Thanks to the available expertise and eye for detail, every installation and every product is tailor-made for the clients.

 About the job

• A TIG aluminum welder is responsible for joining metals with precision and quality using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process;
• This role involves interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials and welding equipment, setting up welding machines and performing welding tasks to meet project specifications and quality standards;
• Most of the welds are visible, so it’s really important that they are neat. Additionally, sometimes different thicknesses need to be welded together, which is why experience is required.
• Hourly rate: €15.74;
• 40 working hours a week;
• One shift: 08:00 till 17:00;
• 5 working days a week;
• Overtime: above 8 hours per day is paid 55%;

 What is required

• Work experience as TIG welder (work with aluminum)
• Good english language knowledge
• Driving license
• Ability to read technical drawings
