Over the years, Level One Uitzendbureau has grown into a trusted name for temporary staffing in the Noordoostpolder region and beyond. We’re proud of this, but it also comes with great responsibility, both to our clients and our employees. Moving to another country is a big decision, so we provide personal support to our people and ensure they find work that suits them. We are available 24/7 for our clients and employees, take care of administrative processes for both parties, and ensure a pleasant working relationship. Our roots

Level One Uitzendbureau did not start in an office, but simply at the kitchen table of a farming family. The father of one of the current owners needed extra hands on his land. When he noticed that other farmers were also experiencing staff shortages, he decided to help them out. What started with a few temporary workers for the harvest season slowly grew into something much bigger.

In the beginning, the scheduling of flex workers was still written down by hand in an agenda. As demand grew, the agendas became thicker, the pages more full, and eventually the switch was made to Excel. Today, Level One Staffing Agency uses its own software system that makes planning and processes efficient and easy to manage. But we still often look back fondly at those first agendas.

Where much has changed over the years, we still work with the same motive: giving people a fair chance at good work, and helping employers find motivated employees.

We have grown into a reliable partner for both international flex workers and entrepreneurs, but our basis has remained the same: personal attention, clear agreements and everything well organized, from work to accommodation.
