Staff Delivery & Flexibility

How quickly can you provide staff?

In many cases, we can provide staff within 1-2 days, depending on the position and availability. We always make every effort to find a suitable candidate as soon as possible. And sometimes we even succeed the same day!

Can you help with seasonal work?

Yes, definitely! We are flexible and can quickly provide additional staff during peak periods or seasonal work. This is how we ensure you always have the right people in the right place when things get busy.

Which countries does our staff come from?

Our flex workers come mainly from Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Lithuania and Portugal. But we also welcome people from other European countries. This way we ensure a diverse and motivated group of employees ready to help you.

Do you also provide skilled personnel?

Absolutely! In addition to general temporary staffing, we can also provide skilled employees for specific positions and industries. Let us know what you need, and we’ll find the right people for you.

Housing, Transport & Logistics

Do you provide housing and transportation?

Yes, we do! We provide good and comfortable housing for our tflex workers when needed. For example, we have four of our own modern residential parks with two-person cottages, as well as various other accommodations as close to the workplace as possible.

We also arrange transport to work. Flex workers get a car from Level One Uitzendbureau with which they can drive to work, together with colleagues. And if the work close by? Then we’ll arrange a bicycle!

Quality & Guidance

How does Level One Uitzendbureau ensure the quality of its flex workers?

We work with our own recruiters and offices in various countries. This allows us to manage the entire selection process from the very first contact. It means we can carefully assess whether someone is a good fit for the role and meets the client’s expectations. In this way, we ensure that our temporary workers are reliable, motivated, and well-prepared when they start.

What if an employee isn’t performing well?

If an employee isn’t performing to your expectations, we’ll step in right away to find a solution together. We’ll work with you to find the best course of action and if necessary, we’ll arrange a quick replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

How is integration and communication ensured in the workplace?

From day one, our flex workers receive guidance from Level One Uitzendbureau. Each employee has his or her own coordinator who is always available for questions or support. We also work with a nightshift team who are always available after office hours and during weekends and holidays. 24/7 availability!

In addition, there is usually a multilingual team leader present on the work floor, often someone who speaks both English and Polish, or another language commonly spoken within the team. This helps ensure smooth communication and makes everyone feel at home quickly in the workplace

How do you communicate with international flex workers?

There is always someone in our office who speaks the native language of the flex worker. This makes contact a lot easier and more pleasant. In this way, we make sure that everyone feels understood and welcome, from the very first conversation to their time on the job.

Training and development

In close consultation, we offer plenty of opportunities for flex workers to further develop themselves. This could include taking a Dutch language course, obtaining a forklift certificate, or even getting a driver’s license. In this way, we work together to ensure they are more versatile and can start their jobs with greater confidence.

Contracts & Compensation

What can we expect when it comes to contract management and payroll?

We take care of it all for you! We handle all contracts and make sure flex workers are paid on time and correctly. That way, you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Do you also offer payroll services?

Yes, we do! We take care of the entire payroll process, from contract management to payroll processing. So you don’t have to worry about that and you always have clarity on payroll.

Can we take over employees?

Yes, you can! After a pre-arranged period, it is possible to take over an employee. We will discuss the terms together and and ensure the transition goes smoothly for everyone involved.

Costs & Services

What are the costs?

Our rate is always customized. The cost depends on the position, length of deployment and any additional requirements. We’re happy to think along with you and will quickly provide a transparent quote.

What if I need help after normal working hours?

No worries, we’re available 24/7 for support. Even outside office hours, you can reach out to us for questions, assistance, or urgent matters. That way, you’re never on your own!
