Level One is a rapidly growing employment agency based in Emmeloord, specializing in the temporary staffing, secondment, payroll services, and recruitment of migrant workers. Our clients are in the agriculture and horticulture sector, food and non-food, transport, logistics, metal, and professional services. We share with our clients the “no-nonsense” and “hands-on” approach, and we are proud of that. Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for a Controller for our finance department.
About the job
As a controller, you are at the heart of the company and proactively support the operations and commercial activities.
- Participates in managing the entire financial - business administration of Level One.
- Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Ensures exploitation and adequate liquidity forecasts, periodic reports, prepares annual reports and provides related analyses and advice.
- Responsible for VAT and payroll taxes, invoicing, and an adequate wage - and personnel administration.
- The Controller is part of the finance department and reports to the Financial Director.
- Conducting internal controls.
Work time: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00
What is required
A “hands-on” financial who preferably works in an informal organization with short lines
- Relevant education - business economics or business management , finance, accounting, or business administration.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience within a finance department.
- Excellent command of Excel, Power BI, Blue10, and Exact Online.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Communicatively and socially skilled.
- Methodical and organized.
- Proactive and independent with a healthy dose of decisiveness.
- Analytical and accurate.
- Initiative.
- Driving license
