We are looking for a Machine operator for one of our customers that is a leader in Europe in the development of spray solutions for paint, varnishes, and technical products. In addition to producing about one hundred and fifty million aerosol cans per year, the company also produces putties and paint pens. They are active in the automotive, do-it-yourself and industrial markets Our client has three production locations and distributors throughout Europe.

 About the job

• As a Operator you ensures the production line keeps running smoothly;
• You will troubleshoot and prevent machine malfunctions;
• You are also responsible for the quality of the final product: our spray cans;
• You will correctly adjust machines, add raw materials, perform inspections, promptly replenish labels, caps and stickers;
• Checking the condition and adjustment of the machines and materials;
• Emptying and cleaning the installation when changing products;
• Giving directions and instructions to employees on the line;
• Identifying errors, defects or unusual functioning of the line, solving minor disruptions or stagnations;
• Keeping the working environment clean;
• Start hourly payment from €24,47 because every hour is paid 130%: €18,82 + 30% = €24,47 (depending on your experience, possibility to develop and grow);
• Working in 5 shifts: 2 days in the morning shift, 2 days in the afternoon shift, 2 nights in the night shift and then you have 4 days off;
• Working time of shifts:

  • 15:00 - 23:06
  • 23:00 - 07:06

• Start hourly payment from €24,47 because every hour is paid 130%: €18,82 + 30% = €24,47 (depending on your experience, possibility to develop and grow)
