We are pleased to share important news with you: as of today, Level One is part of Flexfamily, a group of 11 specialized HR service providers with a strong local presence in the eastern Netherlands.
What once started at the kitchen table, with a few flex workers for the harvest season, has grown into the Level One you know today: a key name in temporary employment for migrant workers in the Noordoostpolder and beyond. Close collaboration with you and a focus on quality in everything we do have always been most important to us. This remains evident in our work, from the way we provide housing to how we support our flex workers.
By joining Flexfamily, we gain access to the knowledge, network, and experience of the other Flexfamily members. This means more opportunities for our clients and temporary workers, while we continue to operate independently within the group.
What changes for you?
In our day-to-day collaboration, nothing changes. You will continue to rely on the same people and the same personal approach. As of January 1, Ronald van den Berg will focus on developing new housing. David Keetman will remain involved throughout 2026. From January 1st, Jurian Bootsma, our current Chief Operating Director, will take over daily management as General Director.
Over the coming months, we will work step by step on integration within Flexfamily. We will do this in close collaboration with Flexfamily, while respecting our own identity.
We remain who we are – only stronger, broader, and with even more possibilities.
