As an administrative assistant, you will work within the purchasing administration team. It’s a dynamic department where no two days are the same;
You will perform tasks as an account administrator, where you’ll be responsible for handling and following up on purchase orders, purchase invoices and import documents. You'll maintain good contact with suppliers and work closely with our procurement department;
As a Technical Service employee, you perform preventive maintenance, resolve malfunctions, revisions and adjustments so that the machines function optimally and the production process can run as smoothly as possible;
Carrying out preventive checks and repair potential defects yourself if possible;
Dismantling, repairing, exchanging parts, assembling and adjusting equipment and installations;
Adjusting, checking and testing measuring and control equipment;
Carrying out modifications and overhaul work;
Assess faults and resolve them yourself or call in a specialist;
Carrying out (emergency) repairs in consultation with maintenance supervisor;
From Tuesday to Thursday the schedule are from 06:30 - 15:00 but these are flexible days and you can choose to work 32 hours a week if preferred;
Fixed schedule on Fridays and Saturdays;
On Fridays, you ensure that you are present by 04:30 to oversee the startup of the factory and resolve any potential malfunctions. Your fellow colleagues, the operators, arrive at 05:00 and can start working right away thanks to you. Your shift ends at 13:00;
On Saturdays, your shift starts at 06:30 and you will have the entire factory to yourself. This requires you to work independently. Saturdays are dedicated to machine maintenance and your day ends at 15:00;
As a Machine operator you are responsible for the process of the production line and the end product;
Checking the production line and ensuring that it is ready for use;
Taking care of the production process from semi-finished product to end product and also ensuring the supply of semi-finished product, auxiliary materials and packaging materials (that is delivered by the forklift driver);
Carrying out various quality checks to guarantee the quality, legality and food safety of the product;
Assessing and solving simple, minor machine malfunctions;
4 working days (you will receive the planning 4 weeks in advance) and 1 day free during the week;
3 breaks (2 breaks of 15 mins that are paid by company; lunch break of 30 mins are not paid by company);
Hourly rate: € 16,31;
Working time: 05:00 - 15:00;
Early hours: On weekends and mornings from 04:00 to 06:00 is paid 150%;
