- As a flower production worker, you will operate different types seasonal flowers;
- Planting, sorting flowers and taking the old flowers from the plants;
- Preparing and packaging fresh flowers into folias or carton boxes;

- Label boxes accurately with shipping and product information;
- Scoop up plants and place them on the ground in the greenhouse by using special controlled machine. The employees must take care that machine is correctly working and assure that all pots of plants are taken safely and correctly (you make sure that the machine works correctly, adjusting and fixing minor issues);

- Bonus:
- All employees receive a bonus of €15 net per week worked (minimal 3 days), which is paid out twice a year in April and October if your work performance is meeting the company required standard;
- Additionally, there is a second bonus in this specific department (toppen draaier), namely €20 net per week from week 12 to week 30 (that is the period when employee can make the standard), provided that him meets the required standard . The standard depends on the color of the peppers and the location. This is an extra bonus on top of the €15 bonus that can be rounded up throughout the year.
