• A TIG aluminum welder is responsible for joining metals with precision and quality using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process;
• This role involves interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials and welding equipment, setting up welding machines and performing welding tasks to meet project specifications and quality standards;
• Most of the welds are visible, so it’s really important that they are neat. Additionally, sometimes different thicknesses need to be welded together, which is why experience is required.

• As an administrative assistant, you will work within the purchasing administration team. It’s a dynamic department where no two days are the same;
• You will perform tasks as an account administrator, where you’ll be responsible for handling and following up on purchase orders, purchase invoices and import documents. You'll maintain good contact with suppliers and work closely with our procurement department;
• You monitor the shipping dates from suppliers;

In this role, you will support the coordinator in daily operations, manage schedules, communicate with team members, and ensure the smooth running of tasks. Daily tasks:

• Cooperating with our temporary employees, answering their questions, giving the necessary information;
• Collaborating with accommodation, transport, and work planners to ensure smooth operations;

• You will be the first point of contact for our employees, who live in our accommodation locations, for all matters related to the house and the order in it;
• You will meet new residents, register their arrival (check-in procedure), provide the necessary information;
• When the residents leave, you will check them out of the accommodation, fill out the necessary documents;
• You will carry out regular inspections of residences and provide information to the person in charge.

• Driving yard tractor/ shunt truck (from warehouse to warehouse in the same city);
• If it less busy with driving activities, then you will be working in the warehouse;
• Hourly rate: € 16,49 because every hour is paid 115%: € 14,34 + 15% = € 16,49;

• 5 - 6 working days per week;
• 35 - 50 hours per week;
• Overtime:
  • above 38 hours per week are paid 135%;
  • above 48 hours per week are paid 150%;
  • above 10 hours per day are paid 150%.

• Cutting peppers from the plants;

• Bonus:
  • All employees receive a bonus of €15 net per week worked (minimal 3 days), which is paid out twice a year in April and October if your work performance is meeting the company required standard.
