In this independent role with a lot of responsibility, you will be the pillar of support for our clients. You maintain close relationships with companies, understand their needs, and ensure they receive optimal support. Does a client have a question or urgent request? You respond quickly and arrange the best solution, sometimes even on the same day.

You’ll visit clients regularly to check if everything is running smoothly, both for the client and the temporary workers. How is the work going? Are there areas for improvement? Or, for example: does the client need additional staff? If so, you will assess this and work with the recruitment team to find the right people.

In addition to maintaining existing relationships, you’ll also actively seek new clients and opportunities to expand our network.

In short, you’ll ensure that our clients always get the support they need while building new collaborations and growth opportunities.

• As agriculture employee, you will be working outside in the field;

• Work in the greenhouse: Picking rose bundles, cutting roses, pulling out weeds, bending roses. Cutting roses into standards.
• Warm conditions inside greenhouse;
• Work in the rose sorting hall: make bouquets of roses, check the quality of roses bouquets, arrange roses evenly in bouquets, put bouquets into containers with water, arrange containers on trolleys. Hanging roses on a sorting machine, sorting roses.
• End-of-year tasks involve greenhouse cleaning and maintenance;
• Hourly rate: €14,06;
• Overtime: 135% (after 38 hours);
• 45 hours a week;
• One shift: from 06:30 till 17:00 (can be more);
• 6 working days a week: 1 day off (Monday to Friday), working all weekend.

• As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting bell peppers between our various locations;
• Most of your driving will be on our own premises, between the processing halls;
• You will ensure that the bell peppers are transported from the different locations to the correct place. For example, the harvested peppers from location 1 are taken to location 2, where they are further packaged in flow packs;
• Additionally, we have a location in Nootdorp, where we drive a few times a week to pick up the peppers;
• It may also happen that you will need to transport pallets or empty crates from one location to another;
• At the docks, you will be responsible for loading and unloading the cargo;
• You will work closely with your colleague logistics planner and the other truck drivers to ensure everything runs smoothly;
• Working time: morning and afternoon shift;
• 5 - 6 working days per week;
• 40 - 50 hours per week;
• during the winter period, the truck driver performs other tasks while maintaining the same hourly rate.

• Bonus:
  • All employees receive a bonus of €15 net per week worked (minimal 3 days), which is paid out twice a year in April and October if your work performance is meeting the company required standard.

• Forklift driving (80% of the time and the rest of the time taking care of the work place);
• Keep the area around the forklift clean;
• Inside temperature is 10-12 degrees. In winter can be cold, because the driver have to drive sometimes outside under big roof;
