As a Team leader, you will be responsible for greenhouse location in Nootdorp (6.8 hectares), where you will have a broad range of tasks in various areas such as labour, cultivation, harvesting, and technology. You will plan and coordinate the daily activities in the greenhouse and keep colleagues from the planning department informed about forecasts, quality, and production. After the daily startup, you will actively work in the greenhouse yourself, enabling you to support the team and effectively guide the process.
