• As a Machine operator you are responsible for the process of the production line and the end product;
• Checking the production line and ensuring that it is ready for use;

• A TIG aluminum welder is responsible for joining metals with precision and quality using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process;
• This role involves interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials and welding equipment, setting up welding machines and performing welding tasks to meet project specifications and quality standards;
• Most of the welds are visible, so it’s really important that they are neat. Additionally, sometimes different thicknesses need to be welded together, which is why experience is required.

As a Transport Planner within Level One, you are responsible for coordinating and organizing the daily transportation of migrant workers to and from their work locations. You play a crucial role in efficiently and timely planning transport, taking into account changing work schedules, traffic conditions and the specific needs of both clients and employees. You will work closely with drivers, clients, coordinators, nightshift and our recruitment team to ensure smooth transportation. Additionally, you will maintain communication with coordinators about migrant workers to ensure they arrive at their workplaces on time and safely. Last but not least, you are trying to optimize transport (efficient routes, optimization of passengers in cars, etc) to save time, effort and energy.   Tasks and responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating the daily transportation of migrant workers to various work locations;
• Optimizing routes and deploying vehicles based on work schedules, traffic conditions and driver availability;
• Collaborating closely with drivers, temporary workers and coordinators to meet all transport requirements;

• Scoop up plants and place them on the ground in the greenhouse by using special controlled machine. The employees must take care that machine is correctly working and assure that all pots of plants are taken safely and correctly;
