As a transport planner you are responsible of the transport planning of Level One Uitzendbureau. Our transport team includes 2 Transport planners, +/- 13 drivers and transport manager. Every day we arrange transport for 50 till 100 persons from home to work and later back to home. You are responsible for the drivers (+/- 13 stable drivers) and you are the first contact person if they have questions. We have a big own fleet with more then 400 cars. 

Work tasks:

• Creating transport planning;
• Monitoring and improving the planning that everything goes as expected (we work with dynamic companies, so every day is different);
• You arrange the service and reparations for cars.
• Administrations tasks:
  • Bike administration;
  • Car administration;
  • Processing working hours of the drivers.

• You will be responsible for our temporary employees and cooperation with clients, we will teach you how to handle this;
• Temporary workers must be sent to work at the clients, and accommodation and transport to work must be organized in cooperation with the accommodation and transport planners.
• Our work system is different from other employment agencies. You work Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00/18:00. Outside of these hours and on weekends, we do not require you to be available.

• You will be the first contact person for different questions, planning issues or emergency situations, we will teach you how to handle this;
• You will collaborate and keep in touch with temporary employees or our customers;
• In the morning you will be the first contact for employees who report being absent from work and you will have to inform the customer about this, and if necessary, arrange a replacement for an absent employee;
• You will have to make a report of your shift for the day shift coordinators;
• Working hours are flexible from 17:00 to 8:30, with a different day off each week;
• You should be available 2 weekends every month;
• Night shift.

• House cleaning and maintenance;
• House vacuuming, washing, sweeping;
• Dust cleaning;
• Change of bed linen;
• Cleaning windows or mirrors;
• Cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, etc.
• Other activities related to housekeeping.
• Working on weekends;
• Free day can be in the middle of the week.
• Driving by bicycle from house to house.

• Hourly rate € 13,27, overtime - 125%;
  • Saturday hours - 125%
  • Sunday hours - 150%
• 5 - 6 days (always work in the weekends and day or two free in the middle of the week)
• Working time: 06:00/08:00 - 16:00/18:00

• Cutting the roses;
• Removal of extra shoots of a rose;
• Bending of rose shoots;
• Packing;
• Cleaning;
• Sorting;
• Hourly rate - € 13,27, overtime (more than 38 hours) is paid 135%, Sunday work 150%;
• 40-55 working hours;
• 6 working days from 6:30 till 16:00 (can be longer);
• 1 free day in the middle of the week.
