• Responsible for the optimal functioning of the machines within the packaging department.
• Coordinating the work and maintaining an overview within the packing department.
• Deploying work orders on the instructions of the cooperating packing foreman.
• Solve technical errors in the first line, including first-line technical maintenance and control activities.
• Training both current packing employees and new employees within the department.
• Ensure excellent order and cleanliness within your own department, the storage of finished products and the storage of packaging materials.
